- If you are not satisfied with your printer rental, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assist you in returning the printer and processing a refund, provided the printer is in its original condition and packaging.
- We do not offer refunds for any rental service after 7 days from the delivery date.
2. Returns for Purchases
- If you purchase a printer or any other equipment and wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- A restocking fee may apply to returns, depending on the condition of the product.
